She was born in Milan in 1978 and now lives and works between Milan and London. She enrolled in the Brera Fine Arts Academy and graduated in Contemporary Art Restauration, while studying painting under Vincenzo Ferrari. She has taken part in various international residence programs and artists’ symposiums over the years, such as a Harlem Studio Fellowship in New York, and Kunst im Hospiz in St. Cristoph, Austria, and Old House New Art in Izmir, Turkey.
Her personal exhibits include The (art of) dissemblance, curated by Raffaele Bedarida during her Harlem Studio Fellowship in 2008, Prospettive, curated by Michele Tavola at Villa Sirtori in 2009, Cornice di ricordi per un futuro (che attende), curated by Martina Cavallarin at Galleria delle Cornici in 2011, Agganci di fase, curated by Pascal Zürcher at Monteggiori Arte and Processo di caduta, curated by Anna Comino at Galleria Spaziotemporaneo in 2013, I-XI, curated by Michele Tavola at Galleria San Fedele and at Leo Galleries in 2014, and Geografia, curated by Chiara Gatti at Nuova Galleria Morone project room in 2017.
She won one of the Arteam cup prizes in 2018, and the Premio Morlotti Prize in 2013, and has been among the finalists for various prizes including Arteam Cup 2017, Combat Prize, Francesco Fabbri Foundation Prize, Lissone Prize, Galleria San Fedele Visual Arts Prize, Terna Prize, and Serrone di Villa Reale Young People’s Biennial.
